YOGA NIDRA

Yoga Nidra, known as "yogic sleep," provides deep relaxation, stress reduction, and mental clarity, making it an excellent post-Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practice. It aids in physical recovery and mental well-being, complementing BJJ training to care for both body and mind.

PRANAYAMA

When incorporated into BJJ training, the practice of controlled breath enhances cardiovascular endurance, improving stamina and oxygen utilization during intense BJJ sessions. By harmonizing the breath with movements in BJJ, Pranayama becomes an essential tool for optimizing performance and overall well-being in this demanding martial art.
