TRAINING METHOD - THE HOGA PRGRM©

At HOGA - House of Gentle Arts, you can learn the Art of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu in over 20 different lessons per week, cooldown with Yoga or completely exhaust yourself with a great Muay Thai workout. Before, after or in between, you can work in the internal co-working space.
