Thank you for your interest in visiting HOGA - House Of Gentle Arts! We're thrilled to have you join us for a training session.

HOGA CULTURE

At HOGA we believe that Jiu Jitsu is one big family, regardless ethnicity or sexual orientation everyone is welcome as long as you come with RESPECT. Our focus is on fostering genuine connections and embracing diversity, ensuring that everyone feels welcome and valued. We are dedicated to upholding the principles of humility, friendship, and mutual enrichment through Jiu-Jitsu.

WHAT TO DO NEXT?

STEP 1
Schedule Your Visit: Take a look at our class schedule and choose a date and time that suits you for your trial week.

STEP 2
Online Registration: Please complete the online registration form, read and sign the waiver.

NOTE: Should you need any assistance during the registration process, feel free to contact us, and we'll be there to assist you.

STEP 3
Prepare for Your Visit: Ensure you have suitable training attire.
  • Gi & Belt - Must be clean, neat and free of bad smells.
  • No Gi - Rashguard and shorts (no pockets or zippers) must be clean, neat and free of bad smells.
  • Please bring an extra pair of sandals or flip flops for when you walk off the mats.
NOTE: HOGA doesn't have an Academy Uniform policy, we only ask you for your uniform to be in good conditions. In case of needing one you can get it at our Concept Store.

STEP 4
Guidelines: Ensure to check our Guidelines & Dojo Etiquette beforehand. This is how we expect you to behave in our Dojo.

STEP 5
Arrive Early: On the day of your visit, aim to arrive a little earlier so we can give you a breif orientation. 

STEP 6
Check-In: Visit our reception or front desk to check in before each class.

IMPORTANT: If your are caught on the mats without payment, waiver and check-in, you'll be immediately removed from the training session without the possibility to join after.

STEP 7
Enjoy your visit: Participate to the best of your ability, don't hesitate to ask any questions. We're here to assist you!
