Step 1: Plan Your Visit

  • Determine when you want to visit the gym for your trial week.

Step 2: Contact the Gym

  • Send an e-mail or message us via the contact form to inquire about the trial week.

Step 3: Register Online

  • Fill out and sign the registration form sent by our staff via e-mail.

Step 4: Prepare for Your Visit

  • Ensure you have the appropriate attire for training, preferably training clothes with no pockets or zippers.
  • Take some time to check our Guidelines & Dojo Etiquette beforehand.
  • Bring a water bottle and an extra pair of sandals/flip flops.
  • If you have any medical conditions or injuries, make sure to inform the gym in advance for safety considerations.

Step 5: Arrive Early

  • On the day of your trial class, arrive at the gym a little earlier than the scheduled class time.

Step 6: Check-In at the Reception

  • Check-in at the reception or front desk before every class.

Step 7: Attend the Trial Class

  • Participate to the best of your ability, and don't hesitate to ask questions if you have any, we are here to assist you!
