Why HOGA Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is the right choice for your child:
BJJ is particularly suitable as a martial art for children as punching and kicking are prohibited
Our children's programme is designed to introduce our youngest students to Jiu Jitsu and help them develop agility, flexibility and coordination.
Our curriculum includes fun games and interactive exercises that teach basic jiu jitsu moves and beginner techniques
By learning self-defence techniques, your child will gain confidence and learn to stand up for themselves and others
Your child will become calmer, more focused and disciplined
Our children's programm focuses on learning through play; training with lots of fun and games and a great place to make new friends.
Classes are held on Wednesdays from 5.30pm to 6.15pm and Saturdays from 10.15am to 11am for 4 - 7 year olds and 11am to 12pm for 8 - 12 year olds. All boys and girls from the age of 4 are welcome. Training takes place in classic kimono (Gi), although the first taster sessions can also be completed in normal sportswear.
The programm includes:
Fun games and interactive exercises
Basic Jiu Jitsu movements, techniques for beginners and advanced students
