HOGA Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training session with kids and adults practicing together

About HOGA

Established in 2021, our mission is to bring together Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioners from all backgrounds and provide quality education for adults and kids to develop their health and values through the practice of Jiu Jitsu. What started as a single gym has grown organically into a vibrant community, evolving into multiple locations spread across Zurich to better serve our growing family of practitioners. HOGA is proudly built on the foundations of PSLPB Cicero Costha lineage, one of the most iconic schools of Jiu Jitsu having formed dozens of world champions including Leandro Lo and the Miyao brothers. At HOGA, we welcome everyone, regardless of age or background. There's no room for discrimination in our dojo.

Gi BJJ is practiced wearing a traditional uniform (gi) which allows for grips on the fabric. No-gi is practiced in athletic wear and focuses more on underhooks, overhooks, and body control.
