Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is "Arte Suave". Nevertheless, injuries do occur from time to time, or a shoulder is tweaked or a knee twisted. Then good advice is expensive and the right treatment is crucial. The goal: to get back on the tatami as quickly as possible.
"Since my teenage years, I have practised various martial arts (karate, aikido, wing chung and now BJJ). The holistic body training promotes, challenges and shapes my own mindset and thus forms the basis for my attitude to life: Mental balance helps mental stability, physical agility promotes mental flexibility."

  • 2017-2020: Training Craniosacral Therapist (Oda KT industry certificate).
  • 2012: Training Thai Massage in Chiang Mai (Thailand)
  • 2009-2019: Massage therapist with a professional ice hockey club at the highest national level (1st team)
  • 2002-2005: Training in classical massage (Bodyfeet AG, Aarau)
  • 2002-2004: Anatomy/Physiology/Pathology/ Examination Techniques (602 hrs.) School Medicine Basics

1. INJURIES & COMPLAINTS:

  • Free initial consultation for injuries & complaints via contact form.
  • Treatment in own practice (5min from HOGA) or referral to a specialist.
  • Health insurance recognised with complementary insurance.
  • Support for making appointments with specialists at short notice.


2. PREVENTION:

  • To prevent injuries from occurring in the first place, Pasquale also offers advice on the preventive management of sports injuries.
  • Contact Pasquale via the contact form. He will then get back to you by email or phone.
  • An initial telephone consultation is free of charge for HOGA members.
  • Regular massages and therapies.


3. SPECIAL OFFER FOR HOGA MEMBERS

  • Initial treatment (45min treatment + 15min consultation) for CHF 100 instead of CHF 138 (or via additional insurance).
  • Special programme & consultation for competitors.
