Talent Organisation Competition

For our BJJ Lifestyle Hub we are looking for motivated people to support us as a talent organization competitions. Our goal is to build up a host pool, which organizes itself independently.

Work location: regardless
Pensum: tbd; always before the competitions a little more intensive.

What do you have to do?

  • Administrative support with the registration via the competition websites.
  • Contact person for the competitors with any administrative questions.
  • You take care of the transport (national or international) to the competitions and back.
  • You take care of the catering on site and try to make sure that the big and small competitors eat and drink enough (and correctly).
  • If possible you are on site and are the contact person for administrative questions.
  • You might also have to dry a tear or two sometimes.

What do you need to be able to do?

  • "We hire for attitude and train for skills".
  • You are an organizational talent and love to organize things from A-Z.
  • People like you and they trust you.
  • It is helpful if you already work with people or have children yourself (but it is not mandatory).
  • You should be willing to deal with the BJJ competition universe.
  • Online work does not bother you and you are digitally fit.
  • You can at least German and English.

What will you get from us?

  • We will compensate your time with training sessions - to be discussed.
